We want you to love your Teddy Fresh gear, but if something isn't right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are in their original, unwashed condition with tags attached to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Print Your Label

  After submitting your request, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund is processed.
