When will my order ship?
Orders typically process within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that processing times may increase during high-volume collection launches.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that certain items, such as face masks and final sale products, are not eligible for return.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or taxes.
How do I know which size to buy?
Each product page features a specific size chart with measurements. We recommend comparing these measurements against a similar garment you already own to ensure the best fit, as our fits range from standard to oversized.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our distribution center for processing. Therefore, we are generally unable to cancel or modify orders. Please double-check your shipping address and items before completing your purchase.
